mARK METTES
I have a passion for fitness and health and hope to help others reach their fitness goals to better their lives. I currently study Health and Human Performance at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Due to my experience and various past injuries, I specialize in corrective exercise and lean muscle building.
